I should have posted this yesterday but of course, I didn’t get time to pen my thoughts so here I am a day later, however, I still took part yesterday (thank you Womanizer Liberty) and I plan to for the rest of the month… In case you are reading this and have no idea what I am jibbering on about, I am of course referring to #30DayOrgasmFun. There are many hashtags floating around – #30DayOrgasmChallenge #MindfulMasturbation and of course, #WanksNotPranks for yesterday!
This initiative was created by the very lovely Tabitha Rayne a few years back and basically, the idea is an orgasm (or more) a day for the entire month of April. Folk who take part write up their thoughts and hopefully after the end of the month see an overall improvement in mood and *fingers crossed* lower stress levels. And I know we all wouldn’t say no to either of those things.
#30DayOrgasmFun – Masturbation for a Mental Health Boost!
Last year was my first year taking part (you can read all about my experiences here) and while I would usually be one to get an orgasm in most days, I struggled with the challenge. I have no idea why – even a year later. The only conclusion I can come to is by putting a label on it, I created a mind block and as a result, I significantly lost my sex drive and the raw need to come that usually spills out of me.
This year I am back with a vengeance, a journal to make notes and a passion so deep that I just know I’ll succeed plus the sex geek in me is gonna enjoy jotting down the orgasms, how I got them, how many I had throughout the month and how I felt as a result. I will be using the #30DayOrgasmFun hashtag rather than the challenge one but check all the hashtags out on twitter so how everyone else is doing!
Looking forward to the month ahead and the positive (fingers crossed) results at the end 🙂 There are lots more folk taking part this year’s #30DayOrgasmFun and you can check them all out by clicking on the banner below – don’t forget to pop back and see how I got on
