Review: Chlorinated Latex Stockings

This isn’t my first time trying latex however it is my first time trying chlorinated latex well, chlorinated latex stockings to be precise.

The packaging for these is nothing worth speaking about, to be honest, but I’ll mention how they arrived none the less. The box as you can see below has a model on it displaying the stockings. Inside you find a sealed black plastic bag. The stockings are inside and are wrapped in paper, each separated from each other. They looked frigging HUGE laid out on my bed and I can’t help but wonder how folk with smaller feet would get on with these. I don’t remember the sizing mentioning foot size – none the less, I should be fine as my feet are a size UK6/6.5.

Truth be told I genuinely had no idea I picked this version out – I went online to the Orion website and there are other types but I guess I just liked the look of these ones. So I didn’t really pick them because of their chlorinated abilities.

So I’m sure you all will be familiar with latex so the question is what exactly is chlorinated latex?

The idea behind these chlorinated latex stockings is they are apparently easier to put on. You don’t need to talc them beforehand or use any oils etc and yes, I do find those claims to be 100% correct! I actually had no issues whatsoever getting them on.

As you can see from the third image above, air gets trapped in them as you put them on – I did however on purposely leave air in them here as I wanted to be able to show you guys what it looks like.  So my left foot is the air all smoothed out and the latex oiled up.

In the images below, I oiled up one side and left the other to give you a proper idea how latex actually looks without products applied. You see loads of ‘latex dressing’ products advertised but no real images showing what way latex is without it. Truth be told, I actually used some silicone lube to shine mine up. A little goes a long way but you need to be careful to rub off any silicone toys as the silicone lube could damage them.

These stockings were sent in size medium which is advertised as a size 10 and they are accurate to size. However, I’m not sure if it is down to them being chlorinated but they just won’t stick to my skin. I can’t help but wonder how the model is managing to keep them up? Is there loads of sticking tape finding under them? I needed stocking straps attached fulltime to keep them up. This, however, is my only fault with these chlorinated latex stockings.

Regards washing, you’ll need to rinse them with gentle soap and warm water especially if you use products to shine them. As they are chlorinated there is no special treatment needed with regards storage as once they have had adequate time to dry, they won’t stick to each other.

I would like to take the opportunity to thank Orion for sending me the Chlorinated Latex Stockings in exchange for an honest and impartial review this however in no way changes my opinion on the item. What I honestly think, you read! All images displayed of the Chlorinated Latex Stockings are taken by myself!
