Shared Vulnerability – Sinful Sunday #360

“Intimacy is based on shared vulnerability…nothing deepens intimacy like the experiences that we share when we feel flayed, with our skins off, scared and vulnerable, and our partner is there with us, willing to share in the scary stuff.”

Shared Vulnerability

You’ll have seen the original version of this image here but I just had to share it again with a new edit for this month’s prompt – Rule of Thirds.  I’m hoping I’ve edited the shot correctly !

This is a great image and I love the quotation too. I totally agree that vulnerability makes the difference and your pose is certainly that.

I remember this one, nice to see in color and at this angle. Love that you show the grid.Sexy as ever, Switch.

That is a great quote and I think they are absolutely spot on about intimacy and vulnerability.

It is interesting that you put the grid on as it shows how you have managed to get the brightest part of the image and therefore the focal point at the intersection on the bottom right of the grid.

This is such a gorgeous shot! It’s interesting how different it looks from the original you shared. I think this is my favourite one.

The placement of the clasp at the lower left intersection of “thirds” lines adds tension there and balances the bright focal point on the lower left.

I like the color version of this photo. It has a floating vignette feel to it that’s different than the black and white.

[…] Little Switch Bitch I love this photo. Not only is it gorgeously composed and to me, a great photo of someone submitting, but it speaks to me on a visceral level. Or maybe I just have a thing for pretty women in pretty cuffs. […]

I like that you showed the grid, too. I love the lighting, how it reflects off the collar, how the hair is splayed just perfectly so. Beautiful

Though your are chained up the picture is full of movement because of your wonderful pose . The inky black surrounds makes it look as if you are floating in space.

This image is better than the original one you posted. The cuffs just create an outstanding edge to the image.

There is something wonderfully dark and raw about this image. Fantastic.
