Review: So Divine Ooh La La Vibrator

Intrigued if the  So Divine Ooh La La Vibrator makes me ‘Oooh La La’ – read on…

Since So divine have appeared on the market, I’ve had the chance to try a few items from their range. I really loved the Sweet Sensation butt plug and the Sweetest Taboo wand was something I hadn’t previously come across before. When I was asked to try out the the wand, I picked this Ooh La La vibe too.

The Ooh La La is a twist on your basic finger vibe. It is coated in silicone – which in my opinion feels really good. Very soft, seam free and isn’t the slightest bit draggy in use. I don’t really know what I expected from the Oh La La to be honest when I signed up to test it. I didn’t really realise it was a finger vibe as they wouldn’t really be my thing but in the name of science, I ploughed on to test it.

The Oh La La arrived in similar packaging as the Sweet Sensation butt plug – I do love how are able to see a sneak peek of your toy before pulling it out of the box. Inside the toy is encased in molded plastic to keep it safe in the post. Also included is a USB charger and an actual 3 prong charging plug. A rare find in a toy box these days but certainly a very welcomed one.

The So Divine Ooh La La vibrator is charged via the magnetic charging point. Fully charged it will provide 2 hours of playtime. The toy has 10 vibration modes – 3 speeds and 7 patterns. It is quite a noisy toy and will certainly require some form of noise/music or duvet covering to drown it out. It is completely waterproof so you can continue playtime in the shower or bath. Which also makes cleaning it not an issue.

It has an overall length of approx 7.5 inches and approx 6.5 inches of that is insertable. It also has a circumference of 4.5 inches.

One button does it all – powers it on/off and flicks through the patterns. This has all lead me to the conclusion that the Ooh La La is aimed and designed for beginners. A toy that can be inserted that also doubles up as a clitoral toy and the flower head design doubles up as a form of texture, both inside and out. And as a beginners toy, it is rather clever. Body safe, uncomplicated, rechargeable.

However, for one of experience (and kinda fussy, hard to please genitals) it really isn’t for me. It’s vibrations are OK – nothing spectacular. I can orgasm from using it externally so all isn’t lost but it definitely wouldn’t be a toy I’d grab when I need my bones shook. On lower speeds, it provides adequate rumbly vibes but anything higher and I feel I am in bed with a wasp. Internally, lathered in water based lube it feels nice. Again, nothing really for me to rave about to be honest.

Overall, I feel it is a well designed toy that is most definitely suited to beginners – non scary, easy to use , body safe toy. Experienced users – I don’t think this is the toy for you.

A fair review, thank you for that. You are unlikely to love them all, & your honesty is appreciated.
